eVoostHome

“Tu compra no termina en la firma.” eVoost stops being invisible and becomes a trusted D2C brand for anyone buying a new-build home: the umbrella for everything post-reservation (revenue selling post-reserva).

This manual gathers the complete identity kit: logo and usage, clear space, palette with HEX, type scale, the four service lines, the “Powered by” badges and the brand voice. Everything visual is drawn with design tokens, so the identity stays consistent across the platform.

Logo

The graphic mark combines home (the roof) and location (the pin), the eVoost seal. It's drawn in a flat color: it works in gold on carbon and in carbon on light.

Primary mark · carbon

On brand background · gold on carbon

Vector scale: legible from 16 px (favicon) up to large format.

02

Clear space and minimum size

Reserve around the logo a clear margin equal to the height of the roof (≈ a quarter of the mark). No text, image or border should invade that area. Minimum size: 16 px tall on screen, 6 mm in print.

Minimum size
16 px

Below the minimum, the pin loses legibility: use just the roof or increase the size.

03

Correct and incorrect usage

The logo goes in a flat color from the palette. What doesn't change: proportions, orientation and enough contrast with the background.

Correct. Carbon on a light or neutral background.

Correct. Gold on a carbon background.

Avoid. Don't stretch or distort its proportions.

Avoid. Don't place it on backgrounds with no contrast.

04

Wordmark

The typographic logo composes the parent brand “eVoost” with the umbrella suffix in the accent color. The code generates it from brand.ts, so if the naming changes (Home / Flip / Living), the wordmark updates itself.

Palette

Carbon as the main ink and gold as the accent form the brand identity; warm neutrals for the body. Each service line has its own color, always read from the tokens. The HEX is an sRGB reference; the source of truth on screen is the oklch token.

Brand architecture

eVoost, now public-facing, holds a home-oriented umbrella. “Flip” is kept only as a sub-brand of the resale/investment line (LATAM/UAE). “Revenue selling” is internal jargon: never a message to the customer.

“Powered by” badges

The signature for the footers of funnels and landings: a pill with the graphic mark and the text “Powered by”. The eVoost Home suffix runs across the four service lines as a gradient; the eVoost and eVoost Partners variants use the accent color.

Voice and tone

We support a purchase that's already made. The brand doesn't sell: it solves. Four principles and a guide to what to say and what not.

Close, never salesy

We support a purchase that's already made. We talk about solving the buyer's life (utilities, mortgage, moving), not about closing another sale. A human tone, in the first person plural.

Clear before brilliant

Short sentences, no frills or empty superlatives. If something has a cost or conditions, we say so. Trust is earned with transparency, not with marketing.

Expert and calm

We know mortgages, insurance and renovation well. We convey it calmly and confidently, with no unnecessary jargon or artificial urgency.

Premium without distance

A polished product and sober aesthetics, but a close relationship. Elegant doesn't mean cold: we write for a person, not for a segment.

We sayWe don't say

“We get you the best mortgage: we negotiate the terms for you.”

“Revenue selling post-reservation” (internal jargon, never to the customer).

“We help you leave your home ready for moving day.”

“Grab our exclusive limited-time offer now!”

“We compare insurance transparently; you choose.”

“The best insurance on the market” (a claim with no backing).
