• Identifying and contact data: first name, surname, email, phone and preferred language.
• Data about your interest: reference development or home, services you request (home, mortgage, furnishing, sale) and the preferences you tell us.
• Browsing and device data obtained through cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookie policy).

We don't ask you for special categories of data. Please do not provide sensitive information through the forms.

• To handle your information request and contact you about eVoost Home's post-reservation services.
• To coordinate the provision of the services you request with selected providers.
• To send you commercial communications about our own services and those of eVoost, when there is a legal basis for it.
• To analyze use of the site to improve it and measure our campaigns.

• Consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR): when you fill in a form and agree to be contacted, and for sending commercial communications and non-essential cookies.
• Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b): to manage the services you contract or request.
• Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f): for improving our services and fraud prevention, balanced against your rights.

We keep your data for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods legally required to address possible liabilities. We will erase or block your data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

We share your data with the providers needed to deliver the service (for example, utility managers, financial institutions or furnishing partners such as Soldeco), always under a data processing agreement, and with technology providers acting on our behalf, such as Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager) for the site's analytics. We do not sell your data.

When a provider is located outside the European Economic Area (such as Google LLC, in the United States), the transfer is covered by adequate safeguards, such as its adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw the consent given at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing), by writing to protecciondedatos@evoost.ai and indicating the right you wish to exercise.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
